123.ie was set up over a dozen years ago to bring great value insurance to consumers in Ireland. Older than you thought – yes! But there’s more than ‘value’ to 123.ie.

Young in outlook – we set about constantly challenging ourselves to improve the customer experience. We’ve grown the variety of products we sell, we’ve made it easier for consumers to buy and manage insurance and we listen to what our customers look for. We’re constantly raising the bar for ourselves. That’s why 90% of customers would be likely to recommend us to a friend. (Survey October 2014 based on 1,817 customers).

We’re big and small!

Big enough to get things done – small enough to be nimble and agile. So, as an employee if you’ve a good idea and develop good rationale/business case, we’ll look at it. As the majority of our staff are interacting with customers, they’re in a great place to let us know what consumers want. Some of our best improvements to date have come from our staff – for example the launch of our optional extra ‘Home Rescue’ and developing a very easy online renewal process.

And that’s why we’ve won some great awards for our service (Best Retention and Credit Management, CCMA 2013) and marketing (Best Ecommerce 2014, Best Direct Marketing 2012, AIM Awards, Smartest Door Drop, IDMA 2014).
