Biomed Field Service Technician required for a network of private clinics across Ireland, based in Naas. 
 
This field service technician will be responsible for repairing clinic equipment, providing IT support for small tickets, equipment delivery between clinics, and servicing of equipment

Weekly travel will be required in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair eye clinic equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of medical devices
- Act as a handyman for all clinic sites, addressing maintenance tasks as needed.
- Safely transport equipment between different clinics, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
- Provide training to clinic staff on basic equipment troubleshooting and usage.
- Support IT Coordinator with level 1 IT tickets.

Requirements:

- Proficient in repairing and maintaining medical equipment
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills for addressing small technical issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- ***Full clean driving licence (frequent travel between sites)
