More expansion for the Irish tech function here, they're a multinational headquartered in Europe hiring a hands-on Tech Lead on a permanent basis. Your time will likely be split 50:50, hands-on development (Spring Boot/AWS stack) and leadership.. we're hoping you'll lead the sprints, help build microservices and ensure the team are delivering on time. Ideally you'll be a Java Developer by trade, most of the work will be building backend Spring Boot applications, although they have some services in Nodejs.

This is a fast-paced agile environment that will require consistent liaison with other teams within the tech department, hands-on developing, goal-setting and regular reviews of code and team performance. Fully Remote within Ireland is an option.

Experience:

* 3+ years' experience leading development teams.
* Seasoned Software Development experience within Java environments.
* Experienced building Microservices.
* An interest in tech trends and an eagerness to explore new tech.
* AWS/Cloud native experience ideal.
* Extensive experience in an agile environment.
* To be a good leader and an excellent organiser.
