Service Introduction Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute Service Introduction (SI) activities, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and providing regular reports to program management.
• Take ownership of the delivery of SI deliverables linked to the ISO program, reporting progress and ensuring the quality of final deliverables at various stages.
• Provide senior-level updates to program management, presenting status reports on progress and the quality of deliverables during intermittent stages.
• Lead and manage SI at key checkpoints throughout the project journey, ensuring validation requirements are met.
• Supervise a team engaged in SI activities, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Collaborate with Technology Services (TS) and external suppliers, establishing processes, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Service Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure adherence to the bank's SI policy and processes.
Desirable Skills & Attributes:
• Previous experience within the Banking Arena is beneficial
• Proficiency in IT Service Delivery and IT Operations Management.
• Expertise in Vendor and Partner Management, collaborating closely to seamlessly integrate services into the Bank's processes.
• Familiarity with Security and Compliance, ensuring solutions align with requirements such as data protection, authentication, and authorization.
• Strong documentation skills, maintaining detailed records of service integration designs, configurations, and procedures.
