Data Steward / Manager

12-Month Contract with a Biotech company in Dublin

We are currently recruiting a Data Steward / Manager, to join a Biotech client in Dublin.

What you will be doing:

- Develop and implement data models.
- Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and classification schemes.
- Collaborate with marketing, veterinary professionals, researchers, data engineers, and data management teams to identify data-related requirements
- Monitor data quality and proactively identify and resolve data issues or anomalies in datasets
- Conduct data profiling, analysis, and validation to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Establish data documentation and metadata management processes.

What you will need:

- 5-8 years of proven hands-on experience working as a Data Steward, Data Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in data quality, cataloging, modeling, analysis, and metadata management.
- Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as Collibra, Immuta, and Data Bricks
- Experience harvesting data from ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret and analyze veterinary records and diagnostic data.
