New to the Irish market, a 4-day week business, and a senior leadership team who have grown/sold multiple SAAS companies in the past.

We’re looking for that frontend (React/Nextjs) specialist primarily… it’s fullstack (Java backends), but they feel they’re missing senior expertise on the UI. You’ll be helping them grow an engineering team so it will likely be a Technical Leadership position. This is entirely greenfield, building/designing frontends (and backends) from scratch, and hopefully adding your ideas/advice to the overall technical direction of the product. A senior engineer who has been there and done it in a similar environment, with a similar level of responsibility would be ideal.

Initially, we’ll want people who can work mainly onsite (Dublin City Centre) for the 4 days… this will likely change as the team grows however.

The person:

- 6+ years’ experience as a Frontend Engineer.
- Excellent frontend & design capabilities (React/Nextjs exp ideal).
- Backend experience ideal (Java would be great).
- Leadership qualities.
- Exposure to cloud technologies.
- A creative “ideas” person.
- Startup experience would be a big help.
