This is a London HQ’d organisation with a growing presence in Dublin… big plans to continue growing their Irish engineering function indefinitely. They have around 500 staff in total (with an abnormally low staff turnover rate), the team you’d be joining is made up of 8 engineers who are building new functionality to a customer facing platform… most of your time would be building Java backends.
 
Some of the things I hear from the engineers working there - lots of ownership, extremely challenging/fun technology problems to solve, and working alongside/learning from super-smart engineering leaders.
 
 
The person

- 5+ years’ experience as a Backend Engineer.
- Java expertise.
- Excellent problem solver.
- Strong database skills.
- An appetite to learn.
- Team player.
