Your Role as Technical Program Manager
As our Technical Program Manager, you’ll spearhead strategic programs that sit at the heart of compliance, legal, finance, and engineering. You’ll be at the forefront of groundbreaking projects, driving cross-functional teams and ensuring they stay ahead in the crypto world.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Lead Major Programs: Drive initiatives that are critical to the company success.
- - Set and Achieve Goals: Align teams and execute roadmaps with precision.
- - Collaborate: Work with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives.
- - Document and Communicate: Manage requirements, milestones, and program updates.

What You Bring:
- Experience: 7+ years in technical program management, with 3+ years in compliance, operations, or crypto technologies.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with frameworks like MiCA and MiFID.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Turn complex inputs into actionable plans.
- Communication Skills: Engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-Driven: Use data to inform decisions and recommendations.
- Global Perspective: Experience managing international programs.
