Senior Business Analyst - SAP WM/IM
Join our client as a SAP WM/IM Senior BA. You'll play a vital role in understanding and optimizing SAP processes, configuration, and enhancements for Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), and Logistics Execution (LE) modules. Additionally, you'll drive integration designs with key 3PL providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain deep insights into SAP processes and enhance points for WM, IM, and LE modules across different divisions.
- Develop and implement enhancements through specific mini-projects and change requests in SAP WM/IM and 3PL integration.
- Participate in multiple implementation and continuous improvement projects as a WM/IM consultant.
- Define SAP WM/IM scope through collaboration and workshops with business representatives.
- Create and secure sign-off for SAP WM/IM blueprints from relevant process representatives.
- Lead SAP WM/IM build activities including configuration and technical programming specifications.
- Design 3PL integration points, collaborating with third-party providers.
- Oversee SAP testing cycles, prepare training materials, and manage cut-over planning.
- Provide post-live support and ensure a smooth hand-over of SAP WM/IM design to the application support team.
- Offer expert SAP knowledge for Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution to address business requirements.
- Assist the Application Support team in resolving complex support calls.
- Utilize your SAP WM/IM expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP implementations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years' experience in SAP WM/IM project implementation roles.
- Worked across the Full Life Cycle
- Profound knowledge of SAP WM strategies for put-away, picking, and replenishment.
- Experience with inbound delivery using SPED and IDOC functionality.
- Strong cross-functional understanding in Logistics Execution and Finance.
- Familiarity with designing and implementing interfaces to 3PL providers.
- Knowledge of activating and modifying WM and IM transactions on handheld devices.
- Proficiency in debugging ABAP code and SAP enhancement points.
- Experience with Handling Unit Management.
- Familiarity with SAP LE/IM/WM in an S4 HANA environment is advantageous
