Software Engineering Manager
Dublin (Hybrid)
Up to €130K p/a + 10% Bonus, Equity, Pension, Healthcare etc

This is hands-on engineering management role, architecting and building product (Python/AWS stack), working closely with the CTO on major refactoring and architectural improvements, and helping to shape/lead a growing engineering team.

This is a well-funded startup, they already have a huge customer base and one of the top names on the list of promising Irish startups. They’re based in Dublin City Centre, but flexible on the working arrangements… once per week onsite at least would be ideal.

The ideal person...

- Several years' engineering management experience.
- Experienced building software end-end.
- Comfortable making big architectural decisions.
- Python development experience.
- Experience in a high growth startup would be nice to have.
- Comfortable liaising with product, senior management, engineers and wider business.
- Top communication skills.
