Principal Data Engineer
Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
Up to €125K p/a + 10% bonus, healthcare, equity, 5% pension

You’ll start with a clean slate… your first task will be building a POC to identity appropriate architecture and tech for their new data platform.

They’re well known as one of Ireland’s most exciting SAAS companies in recent years, and now that data has become central to the business, they need an entire revamp of their platform. They have an extremely strong group of engineers (around 40 people in tech), and need that expertise in Data Engineering. We need someone with strong opinions on data architecture/technology, possibly who has built something similar from scratch before, and ideally able to effectively share/pitch their opinions with the senior leadership team.

What we’re looking for..

- A Data Engineering expert.
- Previous experience building a Data platform from scratch.
- AWS expertise.
- A strong communicator/leader.
- Experience in a high growth SAAS environment would be ideal.
