Senior IT Security Analyst / Engineer

Only required in office 1 day per month

12-Month Day Rate Contract

Our client is currently going through a huge business change, and they require an experienced IT Security Contractor to join their team on a 12-month contract (Could extend) for a mix of Project based and BAU work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform vulnerability scanning and remediation using Qualys.
- Analyse security incidents and coordinate responses.
- Monitor security alerts and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Conduct security audits and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in IT security or cybersecurity.
- Experience with Qualys
- Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security tools.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
