This is a new role within the company… they’re leading the charge in tackling some of the most important sustainability issues in large businesses.
 
They are looking for an experienced software development manager to lead a team of 8/9 application developers, and we’re specifically looking for someone who has been involved in (or managing teams) building AI products. They are currently adding AI/ML functionality (sensibly) to streamline their processes… hoping this hire can add some real value in the technical direction there.
 
You’ll be very well looked after, nice company culture and they have extremely high calibre technical teams.
 

The person

- 5+ years’ experience as a Software Engineering Manager.
- Experience managing teams building critical software in SAAS companies.
- AI/ML experience (and a passion for latest trends)
- A software engineering background, solid grounding in b/e & f/e tech.
- Extremely capable communicator and leader.
