Job Description: Business Analyst (Dynamics ERP Transformation)

Our client is undertaking an exciting transformation with a move to a Dynamics ERP system and is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive this critical project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Dynamics ERP implementations and a strong ability to navigate complex requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and facilitate smooth transition processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the Dynamics ERP implementation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align project objectives and ensure consistent understanding across teams.
- Create detailed process maps, functional specifications, and user stories to support the project roadmap.
- Support the change management process, working with teams to mitigate risks and ensure adoption.
- Conduct data analysis to verify system outputs and validate data integrity within the new ERP environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP transformations, with strong knowledge of Dynamics ERP.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in change management and process optimization.
- Strong documentation skills, including creating process flows and technical specifications.

Contract Details:

- Duration: 6 months (with strong potential for extension)
- Location: Dublin
- Start Date: December/January
