About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to drive the integration and delivery of a new project across our clients business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for a household name. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system to meet business needs, and ensure a smooth delivery of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the business to understand their business processes, needs, and objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with business requirements.
- Deliver functional designs, ensuring alignment with technical teams for successful integration and development.
- Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation to support adoption and usability.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues to ensure the stability and effectiveness of delivered solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and end-users, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Provide post-go-live support, system enhancements, and upgrades as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central updates and features to offer innovative solutions to clients

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.
- Proven experience in multiple full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of financial, supply chain, manufacturing, and/or warehousing modules within Business Central.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Proficiency in configuration, reporting, and integration capabilities of Business Central.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, particularly Power BI, is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.
- Knowledge of additional ERP systems or modules is advantageous.

What We Offer

- This role is a flexible working role, with 3 days per week on offer. The position can scale up if the consultant feels the need, or it can remain part-time.
