About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master (7/8+years) with a software development background to lead the agile delivery of a new team focused on next-generation technology rollout. Responsibilities:

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and drive team delivery using Agile principles.
- Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to manage sprints, refine backlogs, and prioritize tasks.
- Use JIRA to track progress and enhance team efficiency.
- Remove blockers, foster self-management, and empower the team.
- Promote continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a background in software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, especially JIRA.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
