QA Manager (CLM implementation) required for a global investment banking corporation based in Dublin city centre.
 
This is an initial Fixed Term Contact role (6 months) with strong likelihood to extend or become permanent, hybrid structure in Dublin 2 (2 days a week on site)
 
 
Responsibilities:

- Define the scope of testing for the CLM product implementation (Fenergo Fen-X)
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Lead and manage two QA automation specialists on the project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, define test scenarios, and design test cases that ensure comprehensive test coverage, consulting with BA team, to confirm identified use-cases.

 
Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in IT industry with hands-on-experience on delivering automation for IT project.
- Fenergo Fen-X / CLM implementation experience
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall approaches, with an understanding of how to align QA processes with each.
- Expertise in defining, measuring, and reporting key QA metrics
- Professional certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and finance (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
