IT Search has partnered with a global investment management firm as they seek to continue growing their world-class tech team in Dublin. Our client has more than €50 billion AUM and specialises in fixed income, commodities and quantitative strategies.

They are seeking a passionate Front-End Engineer to join their fast-paced infrastructure team. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge chatbot platforms, building intuitive, high-performance interfaces that drive AI-powered conversations and productivity-enhancing features.

The Role:

- Develop scalable, responsive UIs using TypeScript and Next.js
- Collaborate closely with UX designers and backend engineers
- Optimize performance and implement end-to-end tests with Playwright
- Influence technical architecture and contribute to best practices

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of front-end development experience
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Expertise in performance optimization and automated testing
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines

Desirable Experience:

- Real-time applications and WebSocket integration
- Conversational UI and AI/ML concepts
- Mobile development with React Native
