I have an interesting new contract position for a C# .Net Software Engineer to join a high performing and reputable financial institution in Dublin center.
This role would join an existing team of 7 but be the first C# .Net Developer within it. You will be driving the custom development of a greenfield system which is being built to replace a third party option.

This role is suitable for a Junior or Mid level C# .Net Software Engineer, someone who is comfortable coding with C# and SQL and who is passionate about Software Engineering. The hiring manager has expressed an interest in someone who loves to code and has a good portfolio which they can show in an interview.

*6 month contract expected to roll
*4-5 days onsite in a Central Dublin office
*Daily rate: Negotiable on experience but somewhere 250-500 per day

Requirements:

- 2+ years of software development experience, getting experience across the full lifecycle ideally
- Industry experience with C# .Net engineering and a confidence around C#
- Good relational data understanding and good grasp of SQL language
- UI development experience with ideally Angular but React also considered
- Any understanding around cloud based development would be great
- A portfolio of work (github etc) to showcase during an interview or some publications within the field etc
