Lead Business Analyst

Our client provides exemplary solutions to customers, and due to continued growth is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their team. Excellent dynamic and supportive culture, that encourages professional development and education support.
This role is based in Dublin on a hybrid basis - 2 days a week on site.

Responsibilities:

- Work with business stakeholders to define their vision and requirements, liaise with technical teams to develop and deliver  solutions
- Work on projects which look to streamline and improve processes, identify, track benefits or implement effective business change
- Partner with clients, translating requirements into documented criteria and deliverables
- Engaging directly with clients to map and understand their systems and processes
- Look for new opportunities for work within your projects and contribute to proposals
- Collaborate with clients to identify, design and implement the process improvements with technology products that will allow them to achieve their business goals
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that any changes implemented will be successful for the client

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience as a business analyst
- Prior experience acting as Lead or Senior Business Analyst
- A natural leader and team player with the ability to manage, influence and coach direct reports, peers and stakeholders
- Customer Facing skills – including facilitating workshops and solving complex problems
- An understanding of digital technology and the opportunities it brings to clients
