Java Developer (mid-level)
Cork (Remote in Ireland)
Up to €60K p/a + bonus, healthcare, 5% pension etc

This a UK HQ’d business with a team of 20 engineers based in Ireland… they are a household name in their industry and their product is known all over the world.
 
You’ll be contributing alongside 7 other backend engineers, a high performing team using a Java/Spring Boot stack. Their product facilitates a huge amount of traffic and handles high requests extremely efficiently… their code quality always required to be to a high standard. This is a mid-level hire, lots of training will be given of course but we’re looking for someone with a solid grounding in a busy engineering team.
 
They have a presence in Cork, and someone able to be in-office regularly would be great but they’re open to engineers who prefer to work remotely.
 
 
 
What we’re looking for..

- 3+ years’ experience in Java Development.
- Solid Spring Boot experience.
- Good grounding in multithreading/concurrency.
- Experience building microservices.
- Strong communicator.
