Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Dublin (2/3 days onsite per week)

€75 - 85K + bonus, pension & stock options

IT Search has partnered with a global MedTech company based in Dublin that’s in an exciting phase of growth following a successful funding round. As they expand their operations, they’re looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their team. This company focuses on developing innovative non-invasive medical devices that are transforming patient care. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop embedded software solutions for medical devices.
- Work with bare-metal systems, FreeRTOS, and ARM microcontrollers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills & Experience:
Essential:

- Strong experience in C programming and bare-metal development.
- Proficient with FreeRTOS.
- Hands-on experience with ARM microcontrollers.

Desirable:

- Exposure to SoC and FPGA.
- Experience with C++
- Background in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, automotive, or aviation).

Salary in line with market rates and depending on experience, along with pension, bonus, and stock options. The office is based in Dublin City Centre, and you’ll be expected onsite 2 or 3 days per week.
