Senior Microsoft Applications Developer

Dublin - Hybrid (1 day onsite)

€80,000 + 14% pension + up to 20% bonus + benefits

IT Search has partnered with a well-established public sector organisation to recruit a Senior Microsoft Applications Developer. This role will support the delivery of high-impact digital solutions across key business areas including finance, investment, and claims. The successful candidate will work across a broad Microsoft stack, with a focus on Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and application integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 solutions
- Deliver secure and scalable integrations with Azure services and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Support and improve existing applications and contribute to new builds
- Work closely with architects, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders

Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years in IT, including 5+ years with Microsoft business application development
- Hands-on expertise in Power Platform, Azure, .NET, and Microsoft 365
- Strong grasp of integration and security best practices (OAuth, SSL, etc.)
- Experience in Agile environments and full software development lifecycle

This role offers a competitive salary of up to €80,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 14% pension contribution, performance-related bonus of up to 20%, and flexible hybrid working (one day onsite per week in Dublin City Centre).
