Application Support Analyst (O365) required for our client based in Dublin 2 (public sector)
This is a full time position with hybrid work structure 2 days a week on site
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users within the organisation, and to external clients
- Troubleshoot various Office 365 issues, including connectivity and mobility
- Resolving or escalating to 3rd parties where needed, and identifying and managing problem tickets.
- Promote user adoption through application support and end-user training;
- Maintain technical support relationships with suppliers to ensure services are provided effectively.
- Deliver application and customised training to users within the business.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- 3+years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in supporting enterprise applications, including leading or supporting upgrades
- Strong knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft o Office 365
