Automate was established in 2008 by John Crowe in response to a demand for a higher standard in the provision of IT support services, particularly in the areas of response time, service and cost. Automate was initially founded to service the IT support needs of other companies inside its parent group, but has now expanded its client base to include solicitors, accountants, hotels, charities, and estate, advertising and recruitment agencies. Last year, Automate looked after the IT needs of companies ranging in size from 2 to 250 employees. Not only does it look after businesses on home-turf, Automate also services Irish businesses with arms abroad, such as in the UK and Germany.

John Crowe has in excess of 15 years experience in the Irish IT industry in both the sales and engineering fields and has an unrivaled depth of understanding of client requirements.
