DMS established its presence in Dublin in 2008 to provide fund governance services to fund promoters. We’ve been growing steadily ever since and with the establishment of a Management Company service in 2012 to assist promoters who needed to comply with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), DMS is spreading its wings even further.

This, along with our proprietary AIF Platform, offers solutions to fund managers and investors to facilitate their continued access to the alternative investment fund market.
