QMS Software is a leading international supplier of Customer Care software. Founded in 1997, its headquarters are in Dublin, Ireland. It is a privately held company and has been profitable every year since 1998.
The Ulysses CRM Suite, QMS Software’s flagship product is developed and marketed in Ireland. Now in Version 7i, it continues to be developed and improved. All development is Microsoft based, using the .Net framework together with MS SQL server 2005. The Ulysses CRM Suite is ideally suited for use by organisations that support external customers on a contractual basis, such a Field Service companies. It also provides a powerful set of capabilities to handle Customer Complaints and Customer Feedback. Clients range from large multinationals to small organisations with as few as 20 employees. The software is priced to appeal to the SME market, offering ease of use, speed of implementation and rapid customisation. However it also offers capabilities usually only found in larger more expensive software packages.
